Cookies
Some of our web pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your browsing behaviour) are stored, they are dealt with separately in this privacy policy.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: • browser type and browser version • operating system used • referrer URL • host name of the accessing computer • time of the server request • IP address This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal message to us by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
Contract generator
With the contract generator you create your rental contract yourself as a PDF. For this purpose we process the details you enter: first and last name, company name and business activity, address, phone number, email address, the contract and service options you choose, any forwarding address and your bank details for the SEPA direct debit mandate.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request. Without these details no contract can be created.
Your bank details (IBAN, BIC, bank and account holder) are written exclusively into the generated PDF that you download. We do not store them in a database. A server log of the contract creation only contains processing times, no contract content.
We store the other contract details to prepare and manage the rental relationship. For this purpose we use Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992, as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the provider, and the data is stored on servers within the European Union.
If no contract is concluded, we delete the details no later than six months after their creation. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods under commercial and tax law of six and ten years respectively apply. You can object to the storage at any time and request deletion, provided that no statutory retention obligation prevents this.
Each time the form is submitted, we additionally process your IP address in working memory for a few minutes in order to detect and fend off automated mass requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operation free of abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not stored permanently or merged with other data.
Registration on this website
You can register on our website in order to use additional functions on the site. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.
For important changes, for example to the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes, we use the email address provided during registration to inform you in this way.
The data entered during registration is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. An informal message to us by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
The data collected during registration is stored by us for as long as you are registered on our website and is then deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

For the data processing (in particular so-called “Insights” or statistics data), we are in some cases jointly responsible with the respective platform operators (e.g. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Requests for information or deletion are most effectively made directly to the operators, as they have direct access to the data.
