No problem. For collection by a third person, please fill in our power of attorney for mail collection and send it to us.
The authorised person can then collect your mail for you during the collection hours on Monday and Wednesday.
Please note that the authorised person must bring a valid ID, as we check it on site to keep your mail safe.

You use the address without a c/o addition, so you have a clear and independent business address.
Yes. Just like in a building with several tenants, each company has to pay the fee separately.
In such cases, please first check with the sender whether the item has actually been sent. We reliably accept your mail and forward it according to the option you have chosen. The usual dispatch days are:
- Twice a week: Monday and Wednesday
- Once a week: Tuesday
- Once a month: first Wednesday of the month
Please note that in individual cases, e.g. due to public holidays, holiday periods or sickness, there may be slight deviations.
We can assure you that our business address is well known for deliveries and easy to find.
Because of the high volume of mail on site, Deutsche Post delivers to our business center reliably every day. Registered letters are also accepted directly in our office.
Mail is usually delivered by a regular postman. During holidays or sickness, a substitute may cover the route, which can occasionally lead to delays or irregularities on the part of Deutsche Post.
